These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement” or “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Brandure Tap+ services, products, and platforms (“Services”) provided by Brandure Tap Plus, a sole proprietorship based in India. The Services include NFC-enabled metal cards, digital V-Cards, personalized dashboards, WhatsApp-integrated stores, and any future mobile application.

By accessing, purchasing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms under Indian law.

1. Legal Framework

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with: 1. Information Technology Act, 2000, including applicable rules; 2. Consumer Protection Act, 2019; 3. Indian Contract Act, 1872;

4. Copyright Act, 1957; and 5. Other applicable laws and regulations of India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register or place orders, or be using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using our Services, you warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old,

or using our services under parental/guardian supervision, to place an order or access our platform.

3. Products & Services

Brandure Tap+ offers:

NFC metal business cards with custom branding

Interactive V-Cards for digital identity

A personalized dashboard for updates, analytics, and profile control All services are personalized and activated upon successful order confirmation and payment.

3. Products & Services

Brandure Tap+ provides: 1. NFC-enabled metal business cards with user-specified branding; 2. Interactive digital V-Cards for business identity; 3. Personalized dashboards for analytics, profile management, and updates; 4. WhatsApp-integrated digital stores and any future mobile application under the Brandure Tap+ brand. All services are customized and activated only after successful order confirmation and receipt of payment.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to: 1. Provide true, accurate, lawful, and complete information; 2. Not upload, share, or display content that is unlawful, obscene, infringing, defamatory, or misleading; 3. Comply with Indian cyber laws, including but not limited to the IT Act, 2000; 4. Use the Services ethically, refraining from misuse or unauthorized distribution; 5. Accept that violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and services. 6. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content uploaded, including photos, logos, and links.

5. Pricing & Payments

1. All prices are displayed in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes, design, and technical setup. 2. Full payment is required in advance to confirm orders. 3. Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and verified Indian payment gateways compliant with RBI guidelines. 4. Pricing may be updated by Brandure Tap+ at any time; confirmed and paid orders will not be affected.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

1. Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of payment if customization has not commenced. 2. Refunds are limited due to the personalized nature of the product and are only applicable in cases of: 2. (a) Defective or non-functional NFC chip; 2. (b) Incorrect or incomplete delivery; 2. (c) Physical damage during transit. 3. Users should refer to the Return & Refund Policy for detailed procedures.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, templates, logos, content, and dashboard interfaces are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and remain the sole property of Brandure Tap+.

Users are prohibited from: 1. Copying, reproducing, reselling, or redistributing any part of the platform;

2. Using the Brandure Tap+ brand or identity without express permission; 3. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.

8. Limitation of Liability

Brandure Tap+ shall not be liable for: 1. Loss of business, revenue, data, or reputation caused by third-party misuse of your card; 2. Errors or inaccuracies in information submitted by users; 3. Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. 4. Maximum liability of Brandure Tap+ is strictly limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant product or service. 5. The founder, proprietor, employees, and affiliates shall have no personal liability arising from the use of the Services.

9. User-Generated Content

1. Users are solely responsible for all content uploaded, shared, or displayed on their V-Cards, dashboard, or digital stores. 2. Brandure Tap+ does not monitor, endorse, or verify content and is not liable for any disputes, inaccuracies, or unlawful material posted by users. 3. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brandure Tap+ and its representatives from any claim arising from user-generated content.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

1. Brandure Tap+ collects, processes, and stores user information in compliance with the IT Act, 2000 and aligns with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Bill, 2023. 2. Data is securely stored and used only to deliver Services, facilitate transactions, and provide user support. For detailed practices, refer to the Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Integrations

1. Services may include third-party integrations such as WhatsApp, payment gateways, analytics providers, or mobile app stores. 2. Brandure Tap+ shall not be liable for actions, omissions, or privacy practices of third parties.

3. Users interact with third-party services at their own risk.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. All transactions and usage of Services are governed by the laws of India. 2. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. 3. Users are encouraged to contact support@branduretapplus.com for resolution before initiating legal proceedings.

13. Force Majeure

Brandure Tap+ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: 1. Natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, civil unrest, or government actions; 2. Cyberattacks, network or server failures; 3. Failure of third-party service providers.

14. Updates to Terms Brandure Tap+ reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on the official website and/or app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
